Preparations for Christmas lunch for me usually starts during the very early hours of Christmas day. This year was not different. For me on Christmas day its full english breakfast. This is unlike every other Church day for us when we have to skip breakfast. On this day, I insist on breakfast. It's the Lord's birthday and we have to Praise the Lord Almighty. Our Salvation is free but Jesus paid the highest price for it. The celebration and thanksgiving must fill the atmosphere. Now off to Church. It's truly Joy to the World. That's what the angels declared on Jesus's birth. May the Lord fill your heart with so much joy that over shadows every sorrow and overwhelming circumstance. Keep your joy no matter what.
Psalm 126
1-3 It seemed like a dream, too good to be true, when God returned Zion's exiles. We laughed, we sang, we couldn't believe our good fortune. We were the talk of the nations— "God was wonderful to them!" God was wonderful to us; we are one happy people.
4-6 And now, God, do it again— bring rains to our drought-stricken lives So those who planted their crops in despair will shout hurrahs at the harvest, So those who went off with heavy hearts will come home laughing, with armloads of blessing.
